You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and account password. All activity that occurs under your account — including bets placed and financial transactions — is your responsibility, unless you promptly report unauthorised access to 188bet.
Your 188bet account is personal and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other party. You are not permitted to allow anyone else to access or use your account under any circumstances.
You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date, particularly your phone number, email address, and payment details. Outdated information may cause delays in withdrawal processing or important communications from 188bet.
Identity Verification (KYC): 188bet conducts a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to uphold the integrity of the platform. All bonuses received by 188bet members are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. Rollover Calculation Example: If you receive a bonus of RM100 with a 10x rollover requirement, you must place cumulative bets totalling RM1,000 (RM100 × 10) before any portion of that bonus can be withdrawn. The bets that count toward the rollover may vary depending on the game type.

All sports bets are subject to sport-specific rules that may vary by bet type and sport. Bets placed before an event begins are pre-match bets, while bets placed during a live event are in-play bets. Odds are subject to change, and 188bet reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were displayed as a result of a technical error.
